EXKAL reaffirms its commitment to young talent by actively participating in the 2025 edition of the Talento Joven de Navarra program. This event, organized by Diario de Navarra and ESIC, will take place from June 3 to 5 and aims to identify and retain emerging talent in the region of Navarra.
In a recent interview, Daniel Antoñanzas, Managing Director of EXKAL, emphasized that the company seeks to incorporate young individuals with curiosity, a desire to learn, willingness to make mistakes and grow, and the ability to contribute value. Antoñanzas stressed that talent is not limited to technical skills, but also includes attitude and the ability to adapt to the work environment.

These organizations will offer selected young participants the opportunity to undertake professional internships, thereby facilitating their entry into the labor market and supporting the development of a solid career in the region.
