This event, organized by\u00a0<em>Diario de Navarra<\/em>\u00a0and ESIC, will take place from June 3 to 5 and aims to identify and retain emerging talent in the region of Navarra.<\/p>\n<p>In a recent interview, Daniel Anto\u00f1anzas, Managing Director of EXKAL, emphasized that the company seeks to incorporate young individuals with curiosity, a desire to learn, willingness to make mistakes and grow, and the ability to contribute value. Anto\u00f1anzas stressed that talent is not limited to technical skills, but also includes attitude and the ability to adapt to the work environment.<\/p>\n<p>EXKAL especially values candidates who demonstrate initiative, commitment, and an open mindset toward continuous learning. The company offers an environment where young people can develop their skills, take on responsibilities, and actively contribute to ongoing projects.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to EXKAL, five other leading companies are participating in the\u00a0<em>Talento Joven de Navarra 2025<\/em>\u00a0program: Caja Rural de Navarra, Zucami Poultry Equipment, the tech consulting firm CYC, Arpa Abogados Consultores, and Grupo La Informaci\u00f3n (publisher of\u00a0<em>Diario de Navarra<\/em>).
