{"id":11770,"date":"2025-01-29T10:42:37","date_gmt":"2025-01-29T10:42:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/exkalsa.com\/?p=11770"},"modified":"2025-01-29T11:07:16","modified_gmt":"2025-01-29T11:07:16","slug":"exkal-at-the-cepyme500","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/exkalsa.com\/en\/exkal-at-the-cepyme500\/","title":{"rendered":"EXKAL at the CEPYME500"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At the <strong>CEPYME500 gala<\/strong>, a benchmark event in the business sector, distinguished figures participated, including the <strong>Minister of Economy, Trade, and Business, Mr. Carlos Cuerpo; the President of CEOE, Mr. Antonio Garamendi; the President of CEPYME, Mr. Gerardo Cuervas; and the CEO of the Spanish Stock Exchange in Madrid, Mr. Juan Flames.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this context, <strong>Daniel Anto\u00f1anzas, Managing Director of EXKAL,<\/strong> shared the inspiring journey of EXKAL, <strong>highlighting its growth, commitment to sustainability and innovation<\/strong>, and the social impact that has made it a reference in the sector.<\/p>\n<p>During his speech, <strong>he emphasized EXKAL\u2019s evolution<\/strong> since its founding in <strong>2005<\/strong> as a small company in Navarre with a team of five people committed to &#8220;maximizing added value for customers and building a better world.&#8221; Since then, <strong>EXKAL has grown significantly<\/strong> and today is a leader in the commercial refrigeration and thermodynamic solutions sector, reaching a global turnover of more than <strong>\u20ac250 million in 2023<\/strong> and employing over 1,600 families.<\/p>\n<p>Among the key milestones, he mentioned:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Global Expansion<\/strong>: EXKAL has seven industrial plants in Europe, one in China, and another in America, as well as 12 commercial subsidiaries across three continents.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Commitment to Innovation<\/strong>: The company has developed a dual vocational training school, its own technology center, and projects focused on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and energy sustainability, such as thermal batteries for supermarkets with the goal of achieving &#8220;zero emissions&#8221; by 2040.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sustainability<\/strong>: EXKAL\u2019s solutions reduce electricity consumption by 80% and aim to minimize food waste, participating in projects that extend the shelf life of fresh products such as fish and fruits.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaboration and Solidarity<\/strong>: He highlighted the rapid reconstruction of supermarkets after the Valencia DANA storm, thanks to the collaboration of more than 200 SMEs, allowing affected communities to regain access to essential goods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finally, he emphasized that <strong>the key to EXKAL&#8217;s success lies in putting people at the center<\/strong>, empowering them, and fostering teamwork to contribute to a better world.
